Ceramic tile

Ceramic tile is a permanent design element of most bathrooms and kitchens. Few people realize how and why the components are manufactured in multicolored tiles. Meanwhile, it is very complicated and often time-consuming process. Glaze thickness from a few to several millimeters are produced using clay, talc, sand, and mineral additives, which ennobled the shell and also give it the proper pigment. Ingredients combined with small amounts of water are subjected to processes of pressing, or vice versa - drawing. So get ready for the oven heated to a temperature of 1,000 degrees Celsius, even where they are burned for 30 hours. At the end plates are painted and decorated. Interestingly, despite the technological process of production of ceramic tiles is similar to that of just a few hundred years. Similarly, the plates were produced during the Middle Ages, and possibly even earlier. The durability of this material is best evidenced by the number of sites in which the walls and floors to this day preserved original ceramics. Unlike today produced the plates were decorated with centuries before hand, making it difficult to find two identical.
